Step 1: Process
Before Counseling
Registration:
- Visit the official website of Banaras Hindu University that is www.bhu.ac.in.
- Go to on home page and press on the suitable link.
- Read the notification completely.
- After that, follow ‘login” button and then download provisional letter from the next page which is very vital to participate in BHU PET counseling.
Choice of Course: Students are required to choose more than one course on basis of
merit score/ rank as obtained in BHU UET.
Preference of
Location: Students are required to select their preferred affiliated
institutes/RGSC college/faculty/department on the main campus as per
availability of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com programmes
Step 2: Process
On the Day of Counseling
- Eligible students should appear on the prescribed venue on scheduled date and time with all required documents.
- After that, contact to the Counseling Centre/ Venue Incharge and mark your attendance by signing the attendance sheet.
- Participate in the procedure and discuss with teachers available at the Counseling Centre/ Venue for your preferences.
- Candidates should take your provisional admission letter from the Counseling Centre/ Venue Incharge for the course you want to get admission.
Step 3: Process After Counseling
- After Banaras Hindu University counselling, students must submit admission fee to the college or institute for which seat is allotted to you.
- After this process students must submit the proof of payment of admission fee to the Counseling Centre/Venue In charge.
